Are the water problems still occurring at these apartments?

I retract my previous reply to this question. Currently In 2021, we have had hot water maybe 10 whole days. Not exaggerating either. Today is 3/18/21

Hi Janue, there was a water issue recently that was caused to construction across the street. The city was required to shut down the water at our property as well as another neighboring property. That was resolved weeks ago. Let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you.

Update 8/1/2020 still problems but they do communicate the issues and give eta. Things happen. Otherwise, nice, clean quiet property.

Update still water problems. Again almost 4 days no hot water. Worst management I've ever experienced. Stay far away
