If ownership would actually read their reviews, and poor rating, which they obviously don't or don't care, they'd know to replace the entire office ASAP. Unbelievable that they allow the sorry staff to run their business to the ground.

WARNING! Save yourself, Your Stress and Money. STAY AWAY, NOT WORTH IT! Horrible experience from day one. I have NEVER dealt with such incompetence in an office staff, negligence to the property not to mention the unreasonable "fees" for EVERYTHING single thing. No after hour drop box, so if you work late, you better find a way to get there before they decide to close for the day to pay your rent, which is when they feel like it. NO MERCY NO CARE. Trust me, go ANYWHERE BUT HERE. DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU.

Its my first day here and loving it so far. Pamela vianca and other office staff were so helpful and they were able to get me in took a week for application approval and I was given the keys from a maintenance man with a smile💜😊 will post an updated review once I'm here about 1 month or 2. 2 MONTH UPDATE: So far so good. Office staff are still so very friendly and helpful. Pamela is a doll 💕 love that it's quiet and my neighbors are so sweet & respectful. I do feel however, that I am paying to much for 1 bedroom ($1,317/Month 12 month lease) that wasn't renovated. Old outdated appliances and thermostat still takes batteries and if they die I'm screwed unless I have extra around. Also toilet is very small and old. Other than that I have no complaints. Maintenance is quick when there are any issues. Not that there have been more than 2 😁 if you're wondering about crime? Iv only seen a police & ambulance car here once. And that was for an elderly woman who was having respiratory issues. Also I got a unit with connections but they have an awesome laundry facility that cleans my clothes just great until I'm able to get a pair. Goes based off an app that you can pay with & notifies you when clothes are done. So no back and fourth trips. Will update again in June 🤙🏻🤟🏻😎☺

if you are denied, You can receive your deposit back
Not really and they are too high one bed room 1000 and they stay in your business....And he police stay in those apartments
