Nice place to live and good areas around for food entertainment and a very nice park right around the block...the ladies in the office are nice and helpful I love it here and been here since 2009 !!! Never had a problem with maintenance request

Broken garbage disposal, they addressed it quickly and without me having to wait on them ordering a new unit. Maintenance is pretty good here, Anthony is awesome, 4/5 stars overall (been here 3 years) but 5/5 for this particular job.

They gave me a old microwave and it was dirty, they took my microwave cover that was in my old microwave and they scratched up my kitchen floor.

Not my type of neighborhood
The pool is not currently open during the winter season.
Unfortunately, we do not have any electric bill information, however I will tell you that the windows are double paned and have solar screens. Those both will help.
