Unfortunately, we do not have any electric bill information, however I will tell you that the windows are double paned and have solar screens. Those both will help.
I agree, it does depend on where the apartment is. For instance, if there's an apartment that faces the sun the whole day, it's going to be higher than one that is mostly covered with shade.
