I was dialing for information and they left me on hold and then they hung up on me, I dialed again and they hung up on me, what a lack of respect they have, they should change jobs if they like to give information. Old fool I would give it zero star if I could🤬

What can I say, I originally moved in with the intention of being here a short time, well my short time has turned out to be 8 years now and I couldn't imagine living any where else. The staff is remarkable and caring, the complex is well maintained. Sherri, the manager of the property is very professional, knowledgeable and has a way to make everyone feel like family and not just a tenant. I highly recommend if your looking for a new home, this would be the complex to check out.

These apartments have always caused us problems for the 15 years when we have lived here. There was leakage coming through the walls and causing mold to grow. Our choices were to switch to a new apartment but our rent would significantly increase which was not fair considering the situation that they were forcing us to live in. Since the manager refused to fix the leakage or allow us to move to a different apartment unit our other option was to leave the apartment complex. The manager stated that under contract we couldn’t leave and attempted to charge us a fee to leave. It wasn’t until we threatened with a lawsuit that she miraculously allowed us to leave, thus moving to a whole new apartment complex. A few years after we moved out my brother moved back to the same apartment complex of this year. There was a change in property owners which caused the website that accepted payments online to be obsolete. Management failed to notify of the change resulting in the payment being sent when they weren’t accepting payments online. After seeking help the manager advised to make a claim through the bank and there wouldn’t be a late fee due to failing to notify of the change. Bank never sent the money back to his account until November 24th a whole month after the rent was due. It was assumed that since it took a while to process back into his account that the apartment complex found a way to use the credit towards rent of the month of October. He went back to the office in October after he saw the money enter his account and asked to pay for the month of Nov. Manager gave a balance of 1,025 including late fees. After trying to discuss why late fees were being added she accused him of holding on to the money earlier in the month of November than what the bank statement stated he actually received the money back. Instead of staying to come to an agreement or conclusion on the payment the manager decided to leave instead of providing a solution. Overall, I would avoid these apartments if possible due to the history that they have of not fixing or cutting corners on repairs for unsafe apartment units.
