Fantastic Experience! Words cant fully express how wonderful my experience was when I took my truck in for service at ACA. The outstanding customer service I Received from Victor and the way he greeted every single customer behind me shows his 30 years experience in the industry. Victor paid attention, looked me in the eyes and listened to the issues I was having with my vehicle and that immediately showed I came to the right place. Once the diagnosis was made on my vehicle, I was told the time frame and expectations for the repair. I was then pleasantly treated to my service adviser Mike and he went above and beyond making sure everything was being taken care of with update phone calls and repair time lines. Mike is professional, knowledgeable and very easy to talk with and I enjoyed the camaraderie I had with him. The main reason I came to ACA was the poor customer service and misdiagnosis I had from a national auto repair company I had been going to for years. After seeing the reviews for ACA I decided to take my truck to them and WOW what a difference. I am so happy with the outcome and my truck runs amazing!! I will always service my vehicle at ACA and recommend them to everyone I know that needs auto service. Everyone at ACA are a top notch, 5 star group!! Thank You so much.

I was told it would take a couple of days but instead they took a week an a half to program my body control module. Then my battery suddenly dies and i needed to buy a new one from them. Also my front fender got dented while in their possession and they tried blamed the other cars parked in their parking lot.

This is my first part of the review. I have not picked up my Audi A4, but I can say initially Adam Kalb the owner is on point with communication with clients. He provided personal care and provided costs in advance which is what I needed in order NOT to get ripped off. He spent the time and so far I am happy. My car should be done tomorrow and I will post the rest of my findings. I owned a motorports company, but have zero electronic experience on new cars. So far, he/they can be trusted. Keeping it real. My other car is a 73 Duster, a work in progress.
