I've taken my JCW to other MINI dealerships but the personal service I receive from Brian White at Long Beach MINI Service is incomparable. His knowledge about my vehicle and MINI in general is usually not seen in this day and age from most service writers. And his personal skills are very much appreciated. I definitely highly recommend Long Beach MINI Service!

The rating is just for the service center :) I'm leaving a separate rating on the Long Beach BMW google page reflecting my overall experience (from first leasing my vehicle in 2019 until now). Most recently, Megan Baker and Joshua Domondon helped me out, shout-out to both of them — they were amazing!! So nice and courteous, explained everything to me, friendly, and made sure I knew the details. Pretty much every time I come here, everyone is super nice and helpful. Unfortunately, sometimes the mechanics dont know / cant figure out what is wrong with my vehicle (e.g. the AC was emitting a strange smell whenever I turned it on, and they replaced the filters etc, I came here 3 times about it, but they could never figure out what it was, so I just have to live with the smell lmao). So that's why I knocked off 1 star. But whenever I come for routine maintenance / checks, everything is great and goes smoothly. I previously also have had Brian as my service advisor, I'm not sure if he still works there, but he was great also! 5 stars for the service advisors, and 4 stars I guess for the mechanics since they dont always know what's wrong with my vehicle. The smell thing was not a huge issue, so I dont mind, but if there was something more serious that they didn't know how to fix, then I guess that would speak to the competence of the personnel at this particular dealership.

I can barely say anything positive about the dealership. I've brought my Minis in multiple times and almost everytime it is something. Recently I brought my car in and something that should have taken just a few hours, took 5 days!!! My car sat there for 4 days and they did nothing with it! Once I called asking when it would be fixed, turns out they had lost the key and never even called me.

My husband and I decided to choose this dealership because of the reviews and it's in our backyard, Long Beach. The experience was Excellent and we would like to personally thank the Manager Paymon and Sales Associate Edwin for closing the deal for us. They were very professional and accommodating . Do believe the reviews this dealership takes Pride in satisfying its customers... Thank you again... 2016 Mini Cooper Countryman...
