Overall a decent place to stay but I was told to have new appliances in my apartment I’d have a microwave new stove refrigerator etc being that my fiancé and I were coming from Louisiana we did not get to see the apartment we would be staying in requested pictures none was sent . We’ve been here 2 months now and the appliances we have are not suitable for what we’re paying and were expecting . Put in a work order to see if anything could be done it was closed immediately without anything said . I have to cook one thing at a time because the burners get too hot when you have one thing going , the burners they’ve placed inside are not a correct fit at least 3 will have your pots leaning while cooking the dishwasher is literally crooked, and brown in the inside the refrigerator doesn’t have any shelving , and no microwave . I make due because we do pay our rent on time but it’s getting to the point it’s ridiculous. All around I love my apartment but I would love to have the amenities that was upon the website . The appliances I have are literally older than me and my fiancé and We were born in 1992 . Also the tub in our bathroom was literally painted over , it’s to the point now the paint is starting to chip. I hate to write a bad review but the word luxury is definitely not this . I left Louisiana to get away from these same issues . It’s a disappointment honestly .

CAF Management recently took over and really put care into the property and the units, they stepped in and got right to work with making this property better and more beautiful than ever, Ashley the assn manager is the best and her customer service will put a smile on your face, the maintenance team has upgraded also and take their job serious and fix everything perfectly, I grew to love CAF management!!!

I’ve been here just about 3 months. When I originally toured they was under new management and now they are under new management again. That should tell you enough. The previous company wasn’t too bad. Upon my move in they addressed most of my concerns, but some still remain. When a change in management happens it should be a smooth transition or at the very least not negatively impact your residents with the short notice of changes. The trash company is a joke. They pickup when they want to, refund the valet trash and I’ll just take my own at this point. I do not see myself renewing.

Apt hot water is bad maintenance sell you a dream everytime you need something done take a week to fix things and bug problems!!! But hey if get past that move right in!!!!!
Cause at that time management was ran by cirrus asset management and they are a joke of a company. New management responds to all reviews from what I can tell..

Pet deposit (around 300) Pet rent (10 or 20 monthly) . There was no weight limit when we moved in 8 months but ya know things could have changed. But beware most the pet owners in the complex are lazy in my opinion. Dog poop everywhere and a lot of people think it's cool to just open there door and let the doggies run around. I have to be very careful walking my dog through the complex cause a lot of other dogs that live here are just out.. & yes I have ran into a few issues with that. I hope this helps!
