I see the center is open 24/7 but the car desk I'm renting from shows 10:00pm if my flight gets in at 9:30pm will there be any way to get my vehicle if the shuttle doesn't drop off until after 10???

The center is the building where all the rental car agencies are and then you have to find out from your individual car rental agency what time they close or if they stay open for you

The shuttles run 24 hours. You'll need to check with your agency to find out on the rental itself

best to give the company you are renting from a call to verify if someone will be around

If you don't have to pick up checked bag and flight is on time... you should be fine. Shuttles run often.
