What is the address of drop off location hertz rent a car near sirport
Right but this retal car company is really huge. Others Rental cars too. I was few times in Dallas and blue buses drive very often. I don't think it's a problem but I wonder to see reply form Hertz company :-)
I have never had an issue calling the 800 number to get help. The local reps are very busy with customers who do not book online. Customer service is a thankless job in these times of staff shortages.
Yes they bill you later...usual 5 to 7 days after you turn in the car
His is a rental car business.
Yes, no matter what time of day it is you can leave the keys in the car. I returned my car at 7pm and they just have you pull up and leave the keys on the dash.
We never drove on the toll.but I thought you fet charged everytime you pass on them when ever you drive through you get charged.
Take it to dfw airport location it's alot more organized and professional
They usually do not. It's honestly a gamble. You won't be penalized. I've had this happen but it is sometimes difficult to get a local rep on the phone due to volume of people
That would a question for customer service by calling their phone number.
Via reservation
I have tried calling customer service a few times now and have left voicemails and no response.
It will use platepass and charged on cc
Follow the signs to the rental cars
The Car Rental Center, including Hertz, is at DFW airport and is accessed via a shuttle from the terminals.
You always have the option to refuse the ensure. Their job is to try to sell it. You don't have to buy.
Yes they do at extra cost. Call for information.
Not to my knowledge. However, contact the establishment for a firm answer.
Yes shouldnt have any problems
Call your rental company
Call the establishment for specific details about vehicle availability at a given location.
Yes, but not recommended because of a cash hold on your checking account.
Lyft and Uber will pick you up at any location with an official address at any time.
It depends on if it is a personal rentals as in for travel or business or is it is a rental that you will be utilizing why your filing a claim under Insurance to get your car repaired. If the rental is for travel, you would need to rent a car yourself and then add your son on as additional driver for a daily fee. If this is under an insurance claim, you can rent the car and your son can drive is he is on the policy with you and is 21 years old and over.
Call the local agency directly for arrangements. Although, generally they don't guarantee a specific car (that's why they add the words "or similar"), a manager might be of help.
That airport is not set up like LAX if that's what you are referring to... Hertz has its own designated spot... It's in same area as other rental locations.. Google maps and you will see the layout.
I am not sure. I believe there is a parking lot
Call them
There is a bus from the terminals which takes about 10 minutes to get to the rental car building. All the desks are in one place.
You two major cross streets are car rental Dr and passport Dr.
Definitely hotels, or maybe a Walmart. At the rental facility itself it'll be at risk of being towed, and airport parking itself can be a bit costly
If it's the rental car you are driving that was damaged I would call the number to their road side assistance. That number should be on your contact or possibly a sticker somewhere on the car.
Yes, but there may be an additional charge. I would verify before renting and also make sure you get any agreement added into your contact.
Of course there is
yes it's a selection so you pick the car when you get there. your reservation is good for hours before and after your intended pickup time
Check out SIXT... They usually let me use a debit card. Budget as well. Someone in the DFW Rental facility will let you rent, and will usually price match whatever you were paying at Hertz if you ask nicely
Call
Call
There is plenty of parking at the location
Call for any special arrangements
Every 10 mins I believe and it takes about 20 minutes to reach departure terminals.
Call for arrangements
I'm sure it's on your contract
They will charge your credit card for any and all tolls that occur during your rental of the vehicle.
Hertz activates a plate pass when u drive thru a toll near the DFW rental place (no cash lane), and from there procedes to charge you $5/day + tolls until you return the vehicle (even if u go thru no more tolls). We werent told about this at pickup and couldn't get anyone from customer service on the phone. Very disappointed in this shady business practice.
Yes it's open 24 hours at the airport.
