Take the bus/shuttle from DFW arrivals to DFW car rental center. Follow the signs.
Yes you can take the bus to the rental car pickup site as it not on the airport property. Make sure you get the direct address to return that car and put it in your GPS.
You need to take the bus it is at the lower level look for the signs/ bus that say rental cars
