If you have a car, you might be a lot better off renting at a non-airport location and avoiding both parking fee and the add on franchise fee and tax that is unique to the airport location.
You will need to park in the airport parking. Take yhe transportation bus to any terminal and transfer to the rental car bus. Its pretty easy and doesn't take much time.

NO, you can’t. I can’t believe the answers on here. Maybe they assume you mean park while you rent a car as in the wait to get the vehicle, but you absolutely can’t park here for even a day. 2 hour parking.

There are many places around all airports who have parking that's cheaper than airport parking just Google it near whatever airport you are going to. They will shuttle you to the airport etc.
