It is indeed locally owned and operated. They have three locations, one being a Deli. They use local produce and healthy ingredients. I recommend M'tucci's highly. Unique dishes professionally prepared. We eat there often. In addition, they have an App that gives you special deals and rewards.
There is a M'tuccis Italian kitchen in ABQ but it is different in menu and ambiance. I love love M'tuccis Moderno Iatlian in Rio Rancho. Especially the cheese board special on Wednesday's.
