Love love love living here. I was here four years, left for a year, and now I'm back home. The office staff is amazing. I've not had a negative experience with them ever. I see good things happening, upgrades in lighting, fixing sidewalks. The office staff and maintenance has bent over backwards for me numerous times. Thanks ladies and gentlemen!

I have been a resident at bv since around 2009. Honestly I didn't think I would still be here but this is a one of a kind community and we are all family here. We watch out for each other and help each other its great! The staff here are amazing,, it takes a special team to run this place and they go above and beyond for our community.

My parents lived here for 6 years. When my father passed away I went in with my grieving mother to let them know she would not be resigning the lease and not one of them offered their condolences or even acknowledged his passing. As if my mom was a stranger. It was strictly business. No common courtesy whatsoever. I was happy to get my mom out of that place! They must be desensitized or jaded, but horrible people skills.
