I never give a bad review however, I felt it was imperative to finally leave a review. The management at this pharmacy is extremely poor! I have used this pharmacy for years and was very happy, however Over the past two years this pharmacy is the worst! It’s clear that management has not read the reviews as all the complaints are the same and clearly nothing has been done. I was on hold for 45 minutes within that time frame the call was picked up 5 times and immediately Put back on hold. Only to be hung up on the 5th time! This same situation happens over and over. And happened to me three times in the last 3 months! Sadly it was imperative I speak to this pharmacy as the other Walgreens pharmacy were out of my meds and they were the only ones that had it in stock and I needed to have my RX transferred. Someone needs to take a look at these reviews and have a conversation with management. This behavior is unacceptable especially when your dealing with peoples lives. It’s disheartening because it’s clear the management has changed as it’s not the Walgreens it used to be!

If you have an urgent prescription that needs to be filled, don’t even bother having it sent here. I was prescribed a medication to help me with my covid symptoms and have been waiting 12+ hours for it to be filled. The only reason I had it sent here was because I was seen late at urgent care and needed medicine ASAP. Right after I was discharged, I waited 20+ min in the drive thru to ask how long it would take, only to be met with a rude pharm tech who didn’t even let me finish my sentence. He said it would be ready in 1 HOUR. When I got home, the Walgreens app showed there was a discrepancy w/ my insurance. Last night I called 3x within the span of 2 hours and NO ONE picked up the phone!!! Like I understand a 24 hour pharmacy can get busy, but I was literally on hold for 30+ min!!! When I woke up this morning, I saw that my prescription was STILL NOT FILLED. I called once more and to my shock someone answered the phone! Again, it was the same rude guy I talked to in the drive thru. “It’ll be ready in 1 hour”. And here I am, 2 HOURS LATER, typing this review, with NO filled prescription. WHAT IS THE POINT OF BEING A 24 HOUR PHARMACY IF YOU TAKE 12+ HOURS TO FILL 1 PRESCRIPTION?!??! Had someone just picked up the damn phone, I probably would not have had to suffer as severely from covid all night!!

If I could rate 0 stars I would, when picking up a script; this is the worst experience that I have ever encountered at any Walgreens. The drive-thru wait and the long line in store needs to be addressed I know the employees in the pharmacy are doing their best; but management needs address and fix this issue. Oh don't forget, their computer system crashes at the most convenient time. This could easily be the worst Walgreens location out there.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would! Be prepared to wait for hours in the drive through. The staff could care less that they keep people waiting for hours for their medications. Easy fix: Go elsewhere!
