My daughter and I lived here for 4 years. It was a great experience. Any maintenance problems were fixed quickly and professionally by Sergio and his crew. The pool is nice too. It's great if you have to commute to Santa Fe or north Rio Rancho/Albuquerque. The prices couldn't be beat either! Maya and the other office staff were very professional and always had little candies for my daughter.

Having lived here for 7 years, I have complete adoration for the staff of Enchanted Hills! Miya and Olivia are super professional in the office and Sergio, Ben and Sergio are completely invested in their jobs; nothing gets past any of them. I am sad to leave, however, I highly recommend this place to live as one of the best places I have ever had the privilege to live. Amenities are fantastic and the view isn't half bad either.

Not a good place to live you have watch your car because of the low income apartments in the back there always drugged out people coming from back there. And I can't tell you the amount of times I found stolen cars in the parking lot! Every time you renew your contract your rent will go up and if you live in a 3 bedroom the top floor will never get heat or a/c up there. And also get ready for your highest electric bills you've ever had! If you don't believe me ask any police officer on how safe they are!! And when you leave they will nit-pick everything so you don't get your deposit so don't bother cleaning just leave because your not getting your whole deposit back anyway!

We absolutely love it here, the staff is very friendly. They keep it nice and clean on the outside, always having people clean it on a daily. If ever we had an issue at all they deal with it quickly. We have washer and dryer in our apartment, we never had issues with alot of police here, they have property security if anything. The only problem I had was being fined for not picking up after my dog when in fact I do and having to pay for a parking spot or else you'll be driving around until one opens. Besides that I recommend this place to everyone. It is a great place to live and prices are perfect.
