I come here a lot and when I got to the window tonight all 3 of my blizzards were melting and not flippable the employe had the nerve to say they were melted because of the hot fudge? He didn’t provide me with the proper lids so they were pouring around my car Haha they have never ever done that before and even if that was the case doesn’t Dairy Queen have a policy if their blizzards are unable to flip? That’s kind of their thing.

The girls working were absolutely great! I mentioned a food allergy and a custom blizzard. They went above and beyond to cleanse all surfaces before making the blizzard and double checking ingredients before making it.

Ice Cream is great! However, we rarely wanna take the 15 minute ride to go get it for a few reasons but mainly because the Inside Dining is ALWAYS closed and the Drive-thru is ALWAYS insane. It backs out onto Southern Blvd, which is SO dangerous and just not worth the risk. This DQ needs to figure out a different way to conduct business better and safer. Then, my family and I would DEFINITELY go there more often.

They aren't allowing anyone inside, even though dining restrictions were lifted. They claim its because they are short staffed but I could see 4 employees through the drive up window. I wanted to pick out my own ice cream cake, but no-go. I'll try the DQ on Coors instead next time
