I went into the office the beginning of February was told I was approved and still haven’t gotten a move in date this is crazy

I'm going to be honest...I received a letter to verify my info was still the same and if I wanted to stay on the waiting list. I ended up getting the letter EXTREMELY LATE. On a Saturday I believe so I had to wait till monday to go to them. I did so and the assistant ASSURED me I would not be taken off of the list for turning in my paper late due to the mail. A couple of weeks ago I called to see what number i was on the wait list and other personal reasons. This MANAGER told me I was no longer on the wait list because I didn't turn my paper in on time. She basically told Me I misunderstood her. I know what she told me because I kept asking her to make sure I wasnt going to be removed from the list. These people are outrageously ridiculous... They are the real definition of rude...

It took my daughter a while to get in there and she had to wait for someone to move out.
