Huge thank you to the Maintenance crew at The Lawrence House - Uptown! I would like to give 100 stars to Mr. Sedit and Mr. David for the AMAZING support and help they gave me. I had a strange leaking in my bathroom that I couldn’t figure it out where was coming from. They got here in 20 minutes on a SUNDAY, and didn’t leave my unit until they solved the problem! They also cleaned the floor, which left me stunned by how kind and professional they are! They made sure that everything was in its place so no further leaking could happen. They also gave me recommendations about how and where I could install things in the unit, and it was a true class! They had a very nice and polite way to deal with everything, and they seem to enjoy their work! And this is the key to having a successful team! Thank you so so so much for all your help and recommendations, Mr. Sedit and Mr. David! If only everyone has such a positive and professional way to work like you do, things would be much easier!! Thank you!!!

Abdul hung up on me and wouldn’t open my door. Is this what I pay more than 2 grand in rent for?! I’m breaking my lease.

Only downside was original tour got mixed up and it took a few tries. Corey was very helpful and answered all the questions I had promptly and detailed. I felt very confident signing my lease and I look forward to my residency.
