Before the spot burned down, this was my favorite neighborhood spot to visit for good beer and food. The food was always amazing. They served solid bar food and had some amazing dinner options. Also the atmosphere was really cool with the paintings and the windows into the brewery. They also had a wide variety of beer that they would come out with and rotate out seasonally, so it was always worth coming back to try the new beer they released. The parking was pretty good as there was a good amount of free parking near the venue. I talked with the owners and they are planning to reopen. I can't wait for them to come back!!

No it has not
No they do not. They offer crowlers, 32 oz cans of their drafts.
Chicago's dining with dogs ordinance does not allow non-service animals to come inside a business with an active kitchen. So dogs are allowed in bars without a kitchen and in the portions of restaurants that have outdoor seating areas. Even then though, I believe it requires a special license, so not even all bars or restaurants without outdoor dining allow dogs. Wish we could allow all the good boys out there to join us, but you know what they say "you can't fight city hall".
Lunch yes, dinner, I think so.
They do have gluten free food options & if I call recall correctly it's easily noted on the menu. I can't speak to the beers. Try the online menu. Or call them up.
