I have had good communication with the staff. I know they are doing their best to move things along, My status is current. I know with patience and understanding things will work out.

Called and left several messages, noone ever called back! When on their web page it lists the option to tour supposedly "available" units for rent but after navigation to select a tour, it populates that you CAN NOT select or schedule for a tour and to call their management staff to request a tour. As stated, NOOONE calls you back. Seems like this is "blockbusing." As long as I've tried contacting this property gurantee all units will no longer be available. How RIDICULOUS!!! I would like to add an update- was eeevvveeenntttuuuaalllyy able to get in contact with this location only after I was extremely diligent for contact, but after that quick conversation, I still have been seeking to speak again, to only now receive automatic generated emails basically stating "thank you...if you would like to speak to us call the contact number posted on their website," which is a voicemail to leave messages that still go unreturned. I was sent one email that said this property is well understaffed, reason for the delays and that TENANT OCCUPANCY IS HOLD DUE TO CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL SHORTAGES! I was also told that the understaffed crew are navigating their applications. When trying to get more concrete answers about what now appears to be a "wait-list" I've received nothing! Im curious..πŸ€”πŸ§, if tenant occupancy is on hold due to not being able to complete construction of this development and no answer can be given as to when this property will be completed, when will perspective tenants that are "waiting" know in a timely fashion that they can MOVE IN be notified and when will the others on the "wait-list" know if all the units have occupancy capacity?????????????????!!!!!??????This to me seems like "beating a dead horse" at this time! Confused! Upset! Knew it too good to be true! Extremely DISAPPOINTED! Saddened! Smh! New update!- had an opportunity to take an in- person tour of a few units and they were nice, especially the LIMITED units with a terrace and view of State Street. Each unit has its own washer/ dryer which is great. The room sizes are decent with only ONE semi walk in closet in the bedroom., no linen closets available, no additional storage space for rental either. The kitchen is an open layout where bar stool type chairs can be placed. The layout of the apartments are nice but the common areas lack amenities that are advertised, like the roof-top lounge area and fitness center. It was also communicated that bbcue equipment "may" be available to rent in the future...πŸ˜”. With 103 units for tenant occupancy, bar- be- cueing will never happen. The question of this property being Pet Friendly went unanswered at this time. Tenant occupancy will be Mixed income. Overall, because this property is new, the units were nice and the Market Rate units while competitively priced seemed just a tad too much for this State Street location, being across the street from Hillard Apartments. Also, the roof top and lounge is still not finished or available as an amenity...πŸ˜”

I have followed this development for 4yrs. and have been waiting through this process. I have filled out the application when it became available in the fall of 2021. Thanks to the management, I have been updated on the progress and delays. I to have a application on file, and I am very sure that my application was 1 of the first. I have found that management has been very informative with me with their delays. In saying that, this development is well sought out for potential residents. Yes, they are behind in construction and delays beyond their control. I too, wish to become a resident at this site. Wishing good luck for those and myself.

I don’t know…I’m starting to think this property management company is scamming innocent applicants. I spent a lot of time applying and getting all the information I needed. I paid the $50 application fee and have not been moved along in the process, or contacted directly. I have been told via an automated, pre-typed email that the units were experiencing construction delays in April. It is the middle of August today, and still the same reasoning remains. Reading the other reviews of those who have also paid their hard earned money for the application fee only to be met with no update is disappointing. Imagine how many other people have paid their fees and left with no resolve. $$$
