Is the new management cutting off the hot water on purpose??? We already got to live in an apartment with built in dirt in the ragedy floors and baseboards and they have the nerve to be cutting off the hot water 😡 how we suppose to clean up if you keep turning off the hot water???? What is the number to report these ppl for not giving us hot water, I’m tired of boiling water to clean up.

I'm going to be honest...I received a letter to verify my info was still the same and if I wanted to stay on the waiting list. I ended up getting the letter EXTREMELY LATE. On a Saturday I believe so I had to wait till monday to go to them. I did so and the assistant ASSURED me I would not be taken off of the list for turning in my paper late due to the mail. A couple of weeks ago I called to see what number i was on the wait list and other personal reasons. This MANAGER told me I was no longer on the wait list because I didn't turn my paper in on time. She basically told Me I misunderstood her. I know what she told me because I kept asking her to make sure I wasnt going to be removed from the list. These people are outrageously ridiculous... They are the real definition of rude...

Thats the first letter ? I thought the first letter was inviting you to the office to finish up the application process i been trying to get in here for almost 2 years now and been getting the run around they had to fix my address because they was sending my update letters to the wrong one !
