Nice property but poor management! Evergreen Management who overseas the property, staff is very disrespectful! to the tenants in the complex. One in particular is Emily. She tries to talk down and belittle the tenants in the complex because it. Subsidized Housing. I have had two reoccurring safety issues on the property and tried calling the manager Emily over at the Evergreen location. She kept referring me back to the office manager on site. I was trying to explain to her that I had some safety concerns and hopefully they could do something about it . However, this lady didn’t even want to really listen to what I had to and and got very loud with me and then hung up on me. I tried called back about 3 time and she still didn’t answer the call. This is her second time do such thing. I’m not sure who’s allowing this young lady to be a property manager but she lacks professionalism and respect! I’m trying to prevent from calling the police but this lady leaves me no other choice. I think this could of been a easy fix however, this lady is just mean and evil and always handling the tenants as of we are low class. I hope this lady is provided with proper training on how to be more professional and public relations.
