I lived there for 4 years and the only reason made me moved out is due to overseas relocated. I loved the apartment from the first time it was wide open floor with a lot of storage cabinet's. Its few minutes from many restaurants around, 5 minutes away to Montrose Beach. The leasing office and all the staff were the nicest and professional maintenance requests were handled as ASAP. Mandy the manager she is the sweetest and best manager you are looking for. The building pet friendly, and the cutest thing they held several dog events with goodies giveaway. It was a wonderful years to live there and definitely me and my dog will miss our Morgan home🤍

The MORGAN is THE place to live at Loyola! The apartments are great along with awesome views. No issues what's so ever. I had so many questions for Mandy and her customer service was top notch. She answered in detail what concerns I might have had with moving cross country and put my mind at ease. I knew this was the place for me. You wont be disappointed living at THE MORGAN.

The Morgan is a phenomenal place to live. I had an extremely positive experience during my 2 years living there. More information: I moved in on June 19th of 2020 and moved out in July 2022 after graduating from Loyola. During my time at The Morgan, I had pleasant experiences with the property managers (Mandy and Danny), was always greeted with a warm welcome by front desk receptionists (especially Brittany and Kent), and could count on the maintenance staff (especially Juan'o and Ron) to fix any problems I had with my unit in a timely fashion. I could not have asked for a better place to call home during my time at Loyola. I would recommend it to any Loyola student or young adult. 10/10.

I lived here for 2 years and absolutely loved it! I have zero complaints. The room was very nice as well as the gym and club room. All of the staff is so friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff are also great. One time when I submitted a maintenance request they were at my door only ten minutes later to fix it. I also felt very safe here because you need a fob to enter and there is also a person at the front desk. It is a beautiful apartment with an amazing staff. I would totally recommend living here, you will not be disappointed!
