Looking at photos, is the kitchen set-up as poor as it looks? It appears that you have to open the fridge to load the dishwasher in 2bed/2bath apartments?
Can any current tenants comment on this?

You absolutely have to or scoot the fridge so its blocking that hallway. It is redicilous.
