Management isn’t the best but the neighborhood and neighbors are good. There’s not any good amenities either…… It’s a basic roof over your head and relatively safe.

Tierra Villas has been my home for 2 years, I love the location and property is small and quiet, my neighbors are the nicest ever. My only recommendation is to open 6 or 7 days a week, with this pandemic sometimes we need to print or use the computers in clubhouse and the office is closed. Moises is really nice and always willing to help, we had a situation a few weeks ago and the new manager helped us to get it resolve, I don’t remember his name but he is nice and sweet. This place is the best and apartaments are really cozy. The view is amazing.

DO NOT RENT HERE! I am a teacher teaching from home and I haven't had to drive my car. It was towed, I spoke with the office about it but he signed off on the car. This all happened during this pandemic. 2 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS>If you are renting these are just money hungry people that don't care about their residence. You can find much better keep looking!!!

This place is great! I'm moving on property next week and I'm so excited. They are currently renovating the gym, pool, and club house. I cant wait to use that gym! It is a small property too so i'm hoping there wont be a lot of noise/foot traffic, we will see. I'm excited to move-in.
