The property is absolutely beautiful!!!! Wow !! The pool is stunning! Lots of amazing amenities! It smells amazing !! And of course the location is perfect! Super nice Summerlin area. Elizabeth Gonzalez has amazing customer service! I’m searching for this apartment for my father and I want to make sure he has a nice stay whether it’s short or long term I want to make sure it’s perfect for him. Elizabeth has been wonderful to me and my father giving nothing but five star customer service!!! Any questions I have asked her she is answered. She’s been extremely responsive with returning calls and emails as well. I’ve received bad customer service from other apartments in this area and Elizabeth is absolutely amazing and this is exactly why we are leasing at aspire at Grand Canyon! Customer service is everything! My father and I love the property! And the customer service even better! I’m really looking forward to his stay here whether it’s short term or long term I’m very excited. I’m happy that there’s still properties out there that are giving exceptional customer service I would highly recommend to anyone searching for Apartments to tour this property and see Elizabeth for leasing.

Just moved in and so far the experience has been five-star. The apartment is beautiful, the amenities are clean and well maintained and the residents are friendly. Brian, Kevin and Ricardo at the front desk have been extremely helpful, handling all of our questions in a friendly and professional manner. I am glad we chose this property as our new home :-)

This place has been an amazing place my self and my family. Bryan is the best! He personally has come to my home and helped me fix issues when the maintenance people are not available. He is extremely professional and a very likable person. He does everything with a very professional manner and makes sure to account for ALL of the residents here. He has had to close the pool on Memorial Day due to some residents being inconsiderate of the surrounding units. The unit I live in I have not had any problems and I’m on the first floor, the only thing is we can hear our neighbors above us with every step they take. The property is gated and I feel extremely safe here. As for the residents here, they do not pick up after their animals leaving a horrible odor when you walk into the main building to your unit. Bryan and his staff have made me feel like I’m living in a resort. There are so many amenities offered. This place is definitely worth the money spent.
