I moved here in January and have literally had no problems. Maintenance came same day. It’s a small community that comes with all utilities included in rent, including cable and WiFi! It’s half decent too. Yeah it’s a studio, so it’s smaller but it’s great for one to two people! They allow pets also which is always a plus! Even have a little dog park!

I have lived here for 2 months now. Very peaceful. Nice neighbors. Going through Renovations and I can't wait to see what is next. ** edited** new parking lot... still super quiet, and this has been the 1st apts in Vegas, I've ever had neighbors that we all wave and keep up with one another. its a nice community. AND just a few blocks from First Fridays! many place around the area look seedy, but, this isn't one of them... many of the other areas around this place are being fixed up... new downtown. :)

Yes they have renovated the place.. They advertise 24 hr security.. (There is No security) They have gates to the apartments and the a gated parking area.. However people climb over the walls constantly.. The parking area is a joke... Never any space and people can get in there too... Completely unsafe area to live in.. Management is a joke.. She does absolutely nothing about any of the issues there. She is all about money and numbers. She goes around talking to other residents about the other residents business... I would highly recommend NOT MOVING HERE..

I've been on this property for 4 years. I've been here thru good and bad times, and the remodeling- Its a BIG welcoming change since Advance Property Management took over. Management ( Tiffany )and maintenance ( Elio ) are on point at all times when it come to services needed for the resident as well as the property itself. I'm very happy living here and highly recommend to other people to live here as I enjoy being their resident. I would rate my place 5 star!!
