Mojave flats is very good place to live, the staff is very friendly, positive and proactive.The property location is very good, close to schools and daycare, close to shopping stores and bus station. We really enjoy our staying at Mojave flats apartaments.

I just found my home here , I love it so far. The assistant manager Kat is a very nice and considerate. She Made things fast and easy for a great move. I love her attitude and way of working with tenants. The manager is also very nice . The property is clean , and quiet . Also the maintenance team respond quickly if anything needs to be worked on.

They are doing remodeling on the apartment upstairs and across from us (bath tub refinishing) our whole apartment smells like strong chemicals. We had to leave for 2 days because we don’t feel safe smelling the VOCs. We told the front office (twice) they said they’d open the other apartments windows and they didn’t.

I'm gearing up to sue them as well. They charged me a ton of money after I moved out. The place is a total scam.

Yes, ReNew at Decatur is a pet-friendly community. Cats and dogs are welcome, with a 2 pets per apartment max and a few breed restrictions.

No it does look like a nice place THATS WHAT I THOUGHT but they are infested with bugs and they rob you for your money ..my husband and i went through hell with them october 12th 2018 and THEY basically took 1000 from us for an apartment we hadn't even lived in we gave them til the 1st of NOVEMBER to fix the problem with the bugs and call the pest control etc the understanding we had was they were going to fix the problem and just correct our move in date since we didn't stay at the property ... They ended up firing the person that said they would correct it and told us a whole different storY .. Instead of them fixing the lease since we didnt stay their they tried saying we had to pay rent for November instead of adjusting the move in date which we had already giving up 1000 dollars for and apartment we had NOT STAYED IN that was October 12th 2018...bottom line these apartments are not worth it at all they are liar and extortionist
I was just getting ready to move in here..... So every review I see in here is negative and I was having weird feelings about moving in here. Now I really don't want to?!!?!
