I Don't Know, They Keep Going Up On The Rent,& Never Have Vacancies.

Is this a safe place for seniors to live? Im a clean person.and like to live in a clean environment.but also is up to us the residents to keep the place clean by being clean!! we need to be responsible in our old age!"there is not excuses for sloppy

I've been here over 5 years and it's very clean. I love it here. Maintenance staff is fast, effective, and friendly. I'd like to move closer to my son and granddaughters in Summerlin but can't find anything this nice for the price over there.

Yes. I've been here 5 years and am on section 8. Housing inspections are fast and easy due to exceptional maintenance by the staff here. I love it here.
