Absolutely love the new management team. Mariana, April and Liz have gone above and beyond to implement many positive changes that have made our complex a community not just a apartment building. Everything is cleaner, working and pleasant. I can't thank them enough. So happy to call this place home. After a year and a half of living here I have to add another star because once again April, Liz and Marianna have gone above and beyond to make this a great place to live. They are always working on improving the property. Love, love, love those ladies!!

DO NOT RENT HERE ITS BEEN OVER 5 WEEKS NO UPDATES HORRIBLE CUSTOMERSERVICE! THEY WILL GIVE YOU A DATE AND CONTINUETO PUSH THE DATE BACK I WAS TOLD THE 10TH,THE APARTMENT IS STILL NOT AVAILABLE TODAY! I APPLIED 6/14/22 AND STILL NO RESPONSE AS TO WHEN I WILL BE ABLE TO MOVE IN OR ATTAIN KEYS FOR THE PROPERTY. I HAVE VISITED SEVERAL TIMES JUST TO FEEL THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND BOTH POOLS HAVE BEEN SHUT DOWN FOR THE SUMMER AND THE PROPERTY IS FILTHY!

Y'all please don't move into these woodcreek apartments PLEASE!! They do not fix anything here for MONTHS!! but will kick somebody out in 3 days🙄. There's a water leak on our ceiling that's been leaking for months, And these apartments is roach/bed bugs infested, the only thing they care about fixing is the front area and the pool just to make it seem like these apartments is nice.once u move in, its going to look a little nice and than give it a month or 2 than everything is just going fall apart, go somewhere else that's worth paying. Cus here is not it. I wouldn't be surprised if they have rats, in these apartments. It's that disgusting. Listen to me when I say this. And alot of kids here just walks around and will encourage y'all kid to smoke as well. Giving everyone a heads up. It's a trap, don't fall for this dump🗑️
