They keep raising the rent uncontrollably and they want to break original lease , I had signed into a lower rate. Apartment was in horrible shape when I received it. The people at the office are extremely rude especially the guy that works there. The maintenance people are extremely lazy all they do is ride in their go karts all day and laugh will do do-nothing!! There was recently a shooting where a man got robbed and shot while walking in between the apartment complex going to his home. There is no security. I do not recommend this place to live !! Way too expensive and it's not luxury apartments like the sign says. I suggest looking for a better place for your family to live and safer.

I've lived here for two years and can't wait to move out. These are definitely not "luxury". I live in a renovated 2/2. It has cheap wood laminate that was laid so poorly, it's not even seamed properly in my kitchen. The appliances are from the 90's and in poor condition. I've had scorpions inside on multiple occasions. The lamination on the cheap cabinets is peeling and in poor condition. The bathroom tub is embarrassingly small. The pool is only open when they feel like it. So is the office. It wasn't bad for the price when i moved in on 9/2020 $1195. They raised my rent $400 after the first year. I have no idea who's paying $1700 to live in these. Way overpriced. Also, the office is incompetent and doesn't communicate. They locked my account with no warning and are now are demanding a Cashiers Check for rent. There is no rent drop, so i have to figure out how to get it there. They lock the doors mid day randomly, so i never know when they'll actually be there. It's insane.

It's sad that it's 1200 midnight, and I'm being awakened by loud noise at the pool. I get kicked out for sitting quietly at the pool after 9pm, but other parties can go alllllllllllllllll night. These wack generic messages are beyond me. Do something about the problems.

2 yrs now, in bldg 13 same issue since move-in, RANDOM ALARM. No 1 thinks this is a problem? How are tenants supposed to rest when the alarm disturbs you, your guests, entire bldg ALL DAY LONG? No 1 does or says anything whenever it occurs either.. They all simply go home, office closed, not 1 word!

I second that one. Next door to me theres been so many people living there it feels like we live in a weekly enviroment. They have been notified by propwrty maintenance whats going on but nothing has been done
I do not believe so but you can call the office and ask
I know I have not seen for awhile myself maybe ask management
It will depend on the market it what I was told when I moved in.
1 bedroom is like 950 per month. If you want to know if they have rooms available call the office
