I have lived at the Mercer for years. As far as property, maintance absolutely great. Here lies the problem, if you have an animal make sure you understand their animal policy. They allowed a Pitbull Dog. The Pitbull KILLED my little Yorkie while he was on his leash. Just an FYI

We had a tour from Chelsea last weekend and was the best apartment tour we had so far, she was so nice and knowledgeable, definitely made the apartment complex memorable because we toured alot of locations and the mercer is on the top of our list when we move.

Great community, with great amenities, gym, cinema, pool, gardens. Staff are great (esp Lilia) and in the rare occasion your apt requires maintenance issues are fixed quickly.

He's beautiful Condominiums are for lease for to 12 months of minimum and it was wonderful section of West Las Vegas Gabby was one of the managers here will find you the perfect apartment and make sure you have furniture and a great place to stay I highly recommend them
