I moved in December 2021.. upon arriving the place was a mess.. I've made several attempts to get the floors fixed to no avail.. everytime an empty promise.. woke up this morning they painted half the shared patio wish I could post pictures of the filth they took my deposit and stuck me in. I religiously make sure my rent is paid on time for the 6mths I have been there thus far. But that doesn't motivate management to make sure that my request are made.. this place I'd horrible.. I am asking for help and advice on what to do to get out of this lease and get mymoney back..

The Only thing my complaint here are the Washing machines are broken and old they need to buy new ones. And also they have broken glass in the parking area. The office stuff are just sitting on there chair and they don't care about the residents complain 😒 I called many times about the washing machine many times but still they did not change it..Too many cockroaches and scorpion too in our apartment and sometimes no water.. We have some bad experiences here like the faucets are broken and got flood on our floor...also in our neighborbeside our apartment there's different new people come and go.I

This place has horrible people at the front who is not sympathetic to situations even with documents to support the situations. Theres crimes happening all the time. My neighbors car got stolen 2x, my Cadillac converter stolen, plates stolen and yet the front was not going to do anything to help minimize the crimes on the property. If it wasn't for this housing crisis, this place would not be my place of choice to renew. SECURITY WOULD BE NICE!!!!!!! They do have a good Maintenance team.

The units are in conditions to be able to inhabit them but the laundry is disgusting they are of no use and the correspondence is stolen very often
