Anybody in the last 6 months giving 5 stars is FAKE and they don't live here. Do see where they mention or reference the maintenance personnel by name, I ain't never had that great of experience where I would remember any of their names. FAKE, FAKE, FAKE.

I put in a maintenance request on 08/02/2022 for my broken dryer. It’s now been over a month. I’ve called repeatedly and have been told that I’m a so called “priority list”. Now I have been charged a late fee and a legal that you guys refuse to remove even though you know that you have failed to come to do a simple fix on a dryer. I feel as if my kindness has been taken for granted. I have never delt with such horrible service. I just believe there needs to be some compensation. But you’ve made it clear you don’t care about your residence and that it’s just a job for you.

resident for 4 years. I asked for my washing machine to be repaired. I've been paying for private laundry for 2 months with very high expenses. condo doesn't care about its tenants. lack of respect and seriousness in the provision of internal services. However, semi-annually arbitrary fees arise to residents. For receiving rents, they are great. To provide services, terrible. Pools, among so many in the condominium, only one worked all summer.

It's a crime ridden apartment complex and management doesn't lift a finger to do anything about the problem. I was assaulted at the front gate, my neighbor had her apartment broken into. Anyone you talk to who has lived here for a while will tell you the same thing.

Not towed but you need to get a $2 moving pass from the DMV to have it in the lot here at the apartments or they will tow it for no registration

Yes they added common area water power and now maintenance fees with no warning no reason no nothing I think they need to let us know when they're going to add things to her bill or rent right!

So far have not had roaches but alot of dog feces in front of my porch door entry. The office does not really care about the problem you have because i have already brought to there attention plus several other issues and like always it has been over 1 week and still the issue still has not been resolved

Yes pets are welcome, I have 2 cats, but it's $30 extra for pets. It's a great community, and apartment. I love it!
I'm sorry, I wish I could answer that. Really I just know what I pay in rent. I'm in a 1 bedroom. But I do know that they have more than one model of 1 and 2 bedrooms, and each are priced differently. I will say I lived here about 20 years ago with my Ex-husband, before we bought a house. We lived in a 2 bed 2 bath townhouse here, it was beautiful! If you're interested in a 2 bedroom definitely check the townhouse out! Great, quiet community with all the amenities you can think of...even the Amazon locker room! Good luck!
There are many different floor plans to choose from, but ours was $960 plus fees.
It's been a while but I think it was a few business days to a week.
To my knowledge, none of the pools are open 24/7 anymore. Security will ask you to leave if it's late.
