These guys set me up with some new glasses which probably cured a headache problem I was having. Very thankful for their help.

This place was awesome. I haven’t had my eyes checked in years. The staff were professional and polite. The doctor was extremely thorough and took the time to explain to me what was going on.

I've had an awesome experience every time I've had an appointment. They're very quick and efficient with the examinations. Dr. Ratinoff also has the best dad jokes. I laugh every visit. Everyone here is patient and helpful when trying to find new frames. Recently, I lost my beloved frames and they took the time to help me hunt a pair down, even though it was no longer being manufactured! I was so thankful. Definitely recommend this business!

Dr. Ratinoff has been my eye Dr. for 10yrs. Aside regular check-ups and prescription updates for glasses/contacts, he has been extremely helpful when I had issues more serious issues with my eyes. I also recently had a great experience getting new prescription glasses and sunglasses with Kelly, she helped me choose frames and lenses that would suit me. She also clearly explained all of the benefits that are covered under my insurance plan so I knew all of my options.

We are fortunate to have two incredible optometrists on staff at our Palo Alto eye clinic. Dr. Dennis Ratinoff received his doctorate in optometry from UC Berkely and then served as an optometrist in the Air Force. Dr, Ratinoff has been in private practice as an optometrist in the Palo Alto area since 1971, and enjoys fitting specialty contact lenses, educating patients on how to keep their eyes healthy when they use the computer/cell phone all day (preventing dry eyes and computer vision syndrome), Most of all Dr. Ratinoff just loves talking and helping patients from the bay area. We are also really lucky to have Dr. Manjeet Mann on staff as an optometrist in our Palo Alto clinic. Dr. Mann received her doctorate in optometry at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. Mann loves practicing as an optometrist, she especially enjoys educating her patients during their routine eye exams and contact lens exams on preventative measures they can take to ensure healthy and happy eyes.
