It all really depends on how soon you sign the lease (earlier is cheaper). It would be about 600 with fees I think. And they rent by the room, so if you are looking for a whole apartment then around 1200. I don't know if they would let you rent both though. The move in date is August 16th to July 31st for move out (you do rent for the full year with a chance for renewal). It is generally a pretty standard lease other than it does state that you have to get the carpets professionally cleaned before you move out.
