Recently while trying to get back in the industry. I almost became a victim of a scam! Someone posing as a representative from Jo Anderson and claimed they worked with them. Offered me a modeling opportunity. There were a lot of red flags! It just did not sound and feel right. So I called Jo Anderson to verify this person affiliation, and I spoke directly to Kathy Anderson herself. She quicky informed me that it was in fact a scam, and that she has heard of this person once before trying to use there good and legit name to scam unsuspecting potential model/actors new to the industry. Kathy was wealth of information, very kind and helpful! She even gave me advice tips for the future. To anyone new to this industry please be weary of scammers! My journey with Kathy and the agency started close to 20 years ago! Reading that back I honestly can’t believe how much time I’ve had the pleasure of always having them a phone call or email away! I felt the need to share some pictures that developed as a result of being a part of this family. Reading some negative reviews is just outrageous! I’ve been sent and had many jobs booked and have been on the high road with some work on Movies, commercials, advertising from film and print work and the list could go on. But the family dynamic that I was able to create with my own daughter from what I learned from the agency has given me so many tools to utilize as not only an Actor/ Model but a father! I have always referred family and friends till this day and never heard of a bad experience. I have been in the entertainment industry for a while now and have had many bad experiences with prior agents, and I can honestly say Brooke Dezutter is an amazing agent who actually cares about her talent. She wants to see them succeed and prosper. Jo-Anderson is also a very sweet woman who cares deeply for her clients. They just recently signed me on and so far so good, I am hoping for a very bright future with this agency where we can all make money together and build a friendship.
