Overpriced and did nothing Went in for a diagnostic and gave them a bunch of information. They did ten minutes worth of labor doing exactly what I’ve done already to the car and their diagnostic was almost verbatim everything I told them when dropping my vehicle off. Spent money on an overpriced diagnostic and left the dealership with the same amount of information about the problem I’m having as when I walked in. They did not look at the one thing I asked them to look at. First they told me they are not able to disassemble and inspect individual parts on the part I wanted inspected. Then after showing them I am not clueless and I know that it can be done they switched up and told me they are able to do such and it would cost me another $420.
