Morning I have a fidelity 529 account for my grandson and I need his mother to have access to it, but it is attached to my 401K. I have the paperwork that I need to fillout for her but it is very confusing. Is you office open after 4 or5

Actually, I'm not sure if you can. I've never seen cash transactions there. I've had no problems presenting checks from Fidelity to my regular bank account.
