I moved out from here recently. Always ask them for receipt for everything you give to them like notice to vacate, receipt of key return. They do not give it. They will simply say the form does not have space. When they only created the form. After then when you get final bill they just put a random date for date of vacating apartment and put charges for extra days. I got charged for 1 extra day. Glad I have a singed form from them and hopefully I will convince them with it. Else what can you do ???

Elena was very responsive and attentive. Smooth transition into our move! Lucas and Emmanuel were very helpful and prompt with our maintenance needs.

Moved in a couple weeks ago! It has been a very smooth and easy transition from my old place. Brandee Hart went above and beyond to help find the right apartment. would deft recommend!

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. The only reason we have lived here this long is location convience, but now it’s not worth it anymore. My wife and I have lived here for 4 years now and we can’t wait to move after our lease is finished. 1) They charge you a yearly amenity fee($300) EVEN IF you don’t use the amenities. Complete Ripoff. Listen to the other reviews below about heat. The landlord controls the heat, and it never got above 67 in our townhouse during winter. We had to buy two indoor heaters to warm our place. They would refuse to increase boiler temperature. Maintenance came out a few times but couldn’t actually fix a problem that wasn’t in the townhouse. The apartments ARE NOT cozy and do not get warm. The wall paint is cheap and scratches very easily. The wood floor is cheap and cracks after less than a year. Cold air comes through the door. Don’t get me started with the basement. We had a hurricane and it flooded!! We lost a lot of things since the sub pumps stopped working. Granted, there is a sign that says Pleasantview isn’t responsible and that’s fine, but it took maintenance MONTHS to come out to fix the problem. Basically management takes the fun out of living here: no gardens, no grills outside( if I want to Grill I have to literally pack it up and put it in my basement when I am done). The apartment complex stole our grill and threw it away or kept it for themselves. The sidewalks just became stroller friendly. The only bright spot is Sara who works at the front office.

They do not have availability at the moment
It's a yearly fee
No, they will ask you to do a 3, 6, 9 month lease buyout by paying a lot of extea money
We have been shutting off 4 apartments at a time to install new valves to the plumbing lines so that when work has to be done we do not have to shut down the water in an entire building. We apologize for any temporary inconvenience this may have caused to you but assure you it was a necessary maintenance item. Thank you!
