This place used to be beautiful and affordable. But now, after raising rents again, this time to the tone of $300.00 a month they also nickel and dime you. It used to be clean. Now the hallways are disgusting! People throw food all over the place. There's bird droppings everywhere. You now have to pay for common area gas and electricity! That should all be included in your rent. People are moving out left and right because it has gone down hill

Fees. SO MANY FEES! Pay over $80 a month for trash. $25 for their valet service and almost $60 a month for trash, all rents going up, garage rent went up $20 a month, place is turning into a dirty, messy, gross place. People working out of their garages, people drive fast and most of the residents are rude. Glad I am going to move out of here Avanti = Vegas at it’s best, an over priced money grab.

Natalie & everyone at management office has been amazing. My spacious 2 bed 2 bath apartment has been called home temporarily as I wait for my New Build. As a Realtor, I like timely responses. Natalie and maintenance never disappointed when needed and I highly recommend Avanti Apartments for anyone looking for that perfect short or long term rental.
