Nothing but problems!! They gave us the wrong unit for the first month, we woke up to letters on our doors for payments that didn't even belong to us. Come to find out they got our move in money orders mixed up with the previous tenants. They then moved us to the unit we originally applied for and postponed our move in date because they said the apartment was not ready, when we moved in our apartment was still not ready, lights broke and hanging out the sockets, faucet sinks lose, plumbing problems, paint missing from wall parts, screens on the windows broken, and they wholeeeeeee apartments infected with ants BAD !!! In less than 30 days we have came to the office complaining Atleast 10x and all the management want to say is you can get your money back and break your lease versus putting their maintenance team to work to fix their housing issues.

Management is creepy. Male staff members reach out to residents after hours via social media or by stealing their personal info I.e cell phone number. Unless you live in eye view of the leasing office your apartment will never be renovated or upgraded in anyway. If you notice the entrance is beautiful and has nice wooden slats/ patios. As you go further into the neighborhood you will see everything else literally falling apart. They charge you for pest control yet have never once actually had any form of pest control therefore everything is roach infested. Even if you walk your dog at night roaches will be all over the sidewalks. However this is not a neighborhood you want to be walking in at night. Lots of crime happens in the parking lot as well as regular break-ins. The apartment itself has appliances from the 70s. Very minimal warm water since your water heater is 3ft tall. If you like hot long showers this is not the place for you. The patio screens all along the neighborhood are broken and not a single one seems to actually stay on its tracks. Maintenance requests take at least a week even in emergency situations. Upon move in your apartment will be disgustingly dirty. Management will find every reason to withhold your security deposit when you move out. Nothing about living here is easy, luxurious, comforting or relaxing, this place along with management is nothing short of a nightmare.

Hey, do everyone a favor and do not move here ever. Tides on Charleston is the worst complex I have ever lived in. The new management is laughably incompetent, the punctuality in dealing with time sensitive issues is nonexistent- the AC broke for nearly the entire complex, how does a business screw up their job that bad? It’s been a few days and it’s still broken, on summer day. Seriously, just spend the extra few bucks and go somewhere that doesn’t already average 2 stars after being in control of the property for only a couple months.

It has now been over 45 days since i moved out and still haven't received my deposit they said would give back in full. They tried giving me a partial payment in hopes it would buy time and then sent me an email stating it is in the mail and they refuse to send either certified or priority mail so I can have my deposit. This company is horrible. Owned by the robinson group in Scottsdale, Arizona. Please will someone check all these negative reviews regarding tides apartments in las vegas and start an investigation. They are conducting unlawfull practice in real estate, landlord/tenant and maintenance. If you know how to get a building inspector and/or state attorney to look into this place please do so. Help the families that sign a contract at these locations not fully knowing what they are getting into.
