Place wasn't bad at first when I moved in last year, just a little pricey. I was notified they would increase my rent from 755 to 800 for a studio if I wanted to renew my lease, that's not including other fees, such as the 100$ tech package, then water, trash sewer, my 755$ rent was close to 1000$ before I had even payed the power bill and this would push me over. So I looked for an apartment elsewhere that is a 1bdr for similar pricing and better amenities (found one) Little did I know that I was supposed to give a 60 day notice (I'm a new renter and inexperienced) How can I give a 60 day notice with no guarantee I will have a new place lined up when they come and go so quickly? I had already signed my new lease so I was comfortable notifying them about 30 days before my lease comes up (its very misleading signing a 12 month lease but being tied down because you didn't give notice). Except now I am forced to pay for 2 places until my 60 days are up. The icing on the cake is that I just recently had an accident totaling my car and now I also have medical bills and car stuff to worry about. I pleaded with the office worker and property manager and she didn't seem to care, just re-stating the rules then saying they could do a "payment plan." That doesn't suddenly make it affordable, and I still have to pay for something I'm not living in. A few months ago the office manager also tried to tell me that I couldn't have a security camera installed in my window. There are break ins here regularly, cars and apartments with lots of homeless, like I'm going to give up my safety. Meanwhile the front office has a security camera. Theres a reason only people from cali are moving in here and half the complex is empty. Place is overpriced, the only positives are maintenance is responsive and they don't have dog restrictions. Overall, if there is somewhere else you can go for similar cost, I would choose wherever over this place.

These guys are sneaky, Expect to pay about $200 more a month than your projected rent. They'll make you pay a $99 technology package plus utilities. I'd never get into the real estate biz if it meant I' d have be dishonest to make a profit and sustain myself. Also, Expect to pay to use laundry mat. Despite occasional security patrols There are still numerous car break-ins going on here on a weekly basis. It's not a completely terrible place to live, but more pricier than it's worth. For 900-1000 a month you might as well just get a roommate and split rent somewhere in summerlin.

This is one of the top affordable apartment complex I have lived at! Very clean and the staff knows how to properly handle any concern or request you may have. A very quiet community! The pool is always very clean as well as around the complex area! The staff definitely knows how to keep their residents happy! Definitely will recommend!

Recently moved into these apartment complex. The experience was awesome. Leasing office agent Rae Lynn is awesome. Make you feel welcome, and the process was very smooth. I work in the customers service field and know great service. All the items that I submitted for addressing in the move in we're fixed in 1 day! Apartments and landscape are very CLEAN. I went apartment shopping and didn't get the vibe as I did from this office, that's why I chose SOLSTICE. Diamond is great as well, you can tell when people really have passion for their job. If you need an addordable place to live, and a reasonable price, I highly recommend this place!
