Was not very pleased with my experience. The woman at the front desk was very kind and welcoming but my actual service left a lot to be desired. In the online form I had requested for my massage therapist to pay special attention to two specific areas and that did not happen. I know this was not the front desk person's fault as she confirmed this request with me when I arrived. Also, the first part of the massage was done through the blanket which was super uncomfortable. To top it all off, I had booked a 60 minute massage on the online portal, but my massage was only about 53 minutes long. When I brought this up to the front desk person, she said messages technically are only 50 mins long. While I don't doubt this, it wasn't posted anywhere on the website which I found strange. Overall, I highly suggest going to a different place if you are looking for a relaxing massage.
