Very lovely apartments, almost too good to believe once you factor in all the amenities. Staff is amazing and responsive. Suzann I was able to get me set up and moved in right on time for my desired move in date, not to mention this was within 4days! she was absolutely amazing and worked great under many pressures, but hid it well and remained very professional. Would recommend this place for anyone coming to stay in Vegas, not far from the strip and many shopping areas nearby

My niece lives here and has been here for a few months. It is a beautiful property with many amenities. Unfortunately the management and ownership has changed and the whole place is no longer well kept! Grounds are not being cleaned up, amenities are not working and no response from management. It is unfortunate as tenants are paying a premium for all of the extras and are not getting what they are paying for!

Since day one have been so welcoming and so helpful. They will go out of there way for you. Amazing guys and exceptional work they do. Top tier.

Absolutely stunning apartments! Have on site fitness center, grocery mart, pool with Cabana's equipped with individual televisions, and pet spa. Definitely seems geared towards a fit socialite crowd. Shocked at the prices of rooms. I expected much more!

I always wondered the same thing when I lived there. Especially because my neighbor smoked in her apartment so much it caused my apartment to smell like smoke.
We are 317 miles or 106 hours walking to the Ocean in Malibu, CA ;-)
The walls are super thin ! You can hear everything loud and clear. Especially if you're watching TV or the dog is barking non stop. Thats one of the reasons I moved out of there last year. Read my review about the apartments. Good luck !
Most likely your power it's not Included and water it's possible that is included but to be sure talk to one of the staff members that are super cool and helpful at the main lobby. Make sure to grab a nice cup of latte if your go lol!
