I came in to view an apartment. When I first walked in the greeting felt as if they didn’t want me there . We started the tour and the lady continuously kept asking if I had good credit after I told her several times my credit was good. She then also told me “We do a system to make sure your pay stubs not fake “ as if I was submitting fake pay stubs ! I felt a lot of age discrimination she kept talking down to me. I would have the leasing agents get better customer service.

Decided to stop in after my route from work and I was not disappointed. The office staff was very nice and helpful. The community looked very clean and well maintained. Although they don't have what I was looking for, it was a great experience.

I have been renting a two bedroom at silver creek since 2017. Can’t complain about the apartment. My neighbors are great don’t see them too often as we all have different schedules but they are friendly when I bump into them. The insulation is nice on the apartments considering I live in the front near the gate and don’t hear the gate or the park where all the kids play. However, somewhere along the line the apartments got a new management and it’s been terrible ever since. They try to fine you for any little thing. The only friendly person who works at the front is Miss Lesly. Very present to talk to, but can’t say much for the others. When I was up to renew my lease November of 2018 I turned in all the paperwork I was told to turn in my pay stubs all that. A few months later it turns out they lost everything and had to do it all over agian which was annoying. This shows they are very unorganized and unprofessional. My toilet broke a few months ago and I thought the matience people would be ok in my apartment by themselves since I’m at work most of the time, but when I got home my toilet was fixed; however, found one of my expensive glass ornaments was broke and has not been replaced to this day☹️. Now the light in my kitchen has been broken for about 4 weeks and they have not came to replace it even though I keep asking them EVERY week. Definitely going to move after my lease is up. Which is unfortunate because I like the location of the apartments. The management and the office needs to get it together.
