I have a 3 year old pitty that actually serves as an interview dog at other daycares, Moved back to the valley and was SO Surprised that this place is stuck in the past with breed restrictions. Sad to say that some people still dont get that its not the breed, its the dog. Would suggest that they rethink their mindset....Pitbulls are amazing dogs .....

I always take my dog here when I go out of town. The service has been great, check in process is simple, and the people are always so friendly. My pup comes home happy, healthy, and clean. I would highly recommend Second Home Pet Resort.

Thank you to all the staff members for taking good care of my fur baby, Gatsby while I was gone for 9 days. It was my first time having my 1 year old boarding ever and I made sure to do thorough research to find the best and safest place that would really take care of my pup while I was gone. Gatsby is very heat sensitive so they made a little sign for his door to remind staff members to keep him under supervision and keep his potty breaks short. They were super accommodating to all of Gatsby's needs and I would receive daily videos and updates on how he was doing. He wasn't eating his food the first couple of days do to nerves so they provided fresh chicken and rice from their personal doggie kitchen. Talk about boujee! lol. I loved everything about his stay and I will be coming back for sure.

I have never seen any exclusion to any breed. Best to call this 5 Star place and talk... talking is still a necessary component to building a relationship with people who will care for your precious Fur Baby ;0)
They list their fees on their website for the different suites they offer but the base one is $45

Hi Samantha, yes - as Nicole said, it would be best to call. If you would like your cats to board together, we have our penthouse suite which is $39/night for the first cat at $15/night for the second cat totaling $54/night and at 14 nights, that would come out to $756. Please give us a call for more information and you can also go on our website to see a picture of the penthouse since we are not currently allowing tours.

Yes, we do board birds! Please give us a call tomorrow. We have boarded parakeets, African Greys, Macaws, etc. Birds must come in their own cage.
