You have to park in the public parking and release lot and then walk across the street to the door that says visitors entrance. After you clear the scanner, an officer will escort you you to the property room. Once I side, you go to the table at the other end of the room and fill out the paper and wait. And wait. And wait.

Hell no!! If they do it wrong and the operator's hear the clicking over sound the person calling out and the person they called out to will most likely be blocked from calling anyone from there on out. If they know how to do it just right then they can and will get away with doing 3-way calling.

I doubt it, it's all a fucking game. Go here, go there. Can't see people at Watkins jail, total Bullshit, it's a minimum security facility, and 3rd party phone/video system is a piece of shit.

If they don't get released from the Mesa city jail after being arrested they will be taken to downtowns 4th Ave for processing and booked into Maricopa county jail. From there they could go to anyone of the jails on Lower Buckeye Rd.

Go to the womens jail, theres officer's there that may be able to help you

You can not send any items to an inmate. They can order stuff on canteen weeks.
