Received paperwork stating that I was terminated. After the training classes and what classes and paperwork was required in the office was completed my supervisor Joulyana was supposed to reach out in regards to a shadow shift that would work around my second job. This never happened and no one reached out to me but yet I was supposedly “terminated” when I was never reached out to in regards to what was going on. Poor communication with this company

this company es so cool becus they will hire literly anybody!!! no experince necasarry and you dont even have to speak good english or work to hard! you just have to apply and you will get the job. you can even tell them that you want something easy and to just sit all day and they will get you started! apply if you really need a job they will hire you 😁 every one of my cuzins who applied got the job and they are not very smart or like hard work but they still get paid!! thank you securtas for giving the people who like easy work a chance and thank you for hiring everybody who applies!! You will always have work and lots of overtime pay is below what other companies pay. Supervisors and managers are less than desired they don't treat you with respect and make you feel stupid but if u can get pass that and the pay it's a good place

Great place to work it you're a robot. Got fired for being in the hospital too long. I gave them the discharge papers and they gave me excuses.. love it ! I thought that was illegal to do but I guess not.

They should have set it up as part of your hiring process with date. Time, attire. If not, You need to set it up IN ADVANCE because there are a limited number of seats and HAVE YOUR MONEY ORDER WITH YOU.
No. You have to have a money order with you made payable to DPS.
No. You have to have it physically on your person before doing any security work.
After training it can take up to four weeks to get your card.

Pay is site specific as in no raises unless you go to a higher paying post and yes they offer over time
If you are an employee of Securitas, you have a branch manager who can tell you how to access the online pay stub system. As an app, I don't think it exists. I have used LMS on a tablet and it's performance is abysmal. 14 yr vet of Securitas and former Account mgr.
